HOMEOWNERSHIP DOWN PAYMENT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

Up to $25,000

Individual or combined income not exceed 80% of Area Median Income 

Downpayment, closing cost, and principal reduction assistance for eligible homebuyers

Maximum purchase price cannot exceed $335,000

Owner-occupied and Primary residence 

HOMEBUYER EDUCATION REQUIRED 

($20K assistance for first-time homebuyers, and $25K for first-time homebuyers who are professional or para-professional in health, public safety, education, Section 8 or public housing participants and veterans)
